Before First Use

Your skillet arm may arrive with a light protective oil coating from the manufacturing process. Before using it for the first time, thoroughly wipe down the product and burn off any excess residue. It is also recommended to season the skillet before first use to improve the cooking surface and help protect the steel.

After Use

Wipe clean after each use and store in a dry place. Mild steel may develop surface rust if exposed to moisture — this is normal and easily managed with light cleaning and oiling.
