Before First Use

Your grill arm may arrive with a light protective oil coating from the manufacturing process. Before using it for the first time, thoroughly wipe down the product and burn off any excess residue.

After Use

Wipe clean and apply a light coat of cooking oil before storing in a dry place. Mild steel may develop surface rust if exposed to moisture — this is normal and easily managed with light cleaning and oiling.
